Since Gisele Bündchen has retired from life on the catwalks and/or runways, we cannot help but wonder where she will walk to keep her ankles, thighs and calves in shape. Fortunately, it seems she has some cobblestone paths in her own home.
But if that turns out not to be enoughof a challenge, she might like to walk across a Stepping-Stone Bridge to exercise her ankles which in return will maintain her sense of balance.
Suspension Bridges are equally good for balance, and the muscles she uses for walking one would keep her waist tiny.
A Glass Walkway would be good to boost her confidence. There is a very cool new one in China that is 12,192 meters above a ravine.
Walking back and forth across a Clapper Bridge would keep the muscles on the soles of her feet strong.
Steel Walkways are probably not her style because she is too well known to expose herself to the general public, but using one would certainly add to her resilience and be even better than a treadmill.
But walking up and down over a Moon Bridge would be great to strengthen both her upper legs and her lower legs.
She might like to exercise on a Zig Zag Bridge, which would keep her ankle musculature strong and her concentration tuned. Zig Zag bridges are built for stability and are the perfect size for sit-ups.
There are many kinds of Plank Footbridges to challenge her, but some are definitely more fun than others. A daring one like this would enhance her body consciousness and her sense of precision.
And there are also Concrete Footbridges, which are excellent for sole impact resistance but not especially charming.
A Lumber Footbridge would be excellent for power walking and stretching exercises.
A Truss Bridge (a triangular unit support framework) would be a safe place to exercise all her major muscles and do some Kung Fu workouts in partial privacy.
But a Covered Pedestrian Bridge would be just as good and also offer her enough privacy to practice yoga.
But if Gisele likes to climb, which is very good for tightening one’s buns, she could find interesting Pedestrian Mountain Pass Walkways in high places that are even more private.
There are also Mountain Suspension Bridges that would be bun-friendly, such as the Peak Walk in Switzerland, which would help her hair keep that wind-blown look that she is so famous for.
Suspension Bridges may be made of steel and other metal nowadays, but they are all based on the engineering of ancient Inca rope bridges. Gisele could challenge herself with a good run on this one, which would be excellent for anxiety management.
Pedestrian Bridges and Cycleways like this one in New Zealand would be good for Gisele’s soul, as she is a spiritual person. This is the Te Rewa Rewa Bridge and it honors the deceased on one side, and was built to frame a sacred mountain.
